Estimates only — not a quote. Actual price depends on gates, corners, terrain, local labor rates and current material prices in your area. Default prices are public-market averages; switch on “My Pricing” to use your own numbers. Concrete and post-depth figures are planning estimates only — verify local code, frost depth, soil conditions and manufacturer requirements before you dig.
Material takeoff rules used
- Sections = fence run (minus gates) ÷ panel width, rounded up.
- Posts = sections + 1 end post + 2 posts per gate.
- Rails: 3 per section for privacy, 2 for open styles, 1 for chain link.
- Pickets computed from real picket width + gap spacing, then waste factor applied.
- Concrete: 2 × 50 lb bags per post (4×4 post, 6 ft height typical).
